MR. BARBAREIANS - OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of submission.
• Contest is open to individuals legally permitted to participate in events held in California, USA.
• Employees, contractors, or direct affiliates of Space Q LLC, sponsors, or partners may be restricted from participating at the sole discretion of Space Q LLC. 
• By applying, participants confirm that all submitted information is accurate and truthful.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. 
• Final contestants will be selected at the sole discretion of Space Q LLC.
• Contestants must be available for all required participation dates (TBA).
• Failure to respond, comply with deadlines, or meet requirements may result in disqualification.

• Mr. BarBareians is a performance-based leather & fetish competition, not a beauty pageant or popularity contest.
• Judging criteria may include presence, confidence, performance, audience engagement, and overall embodiment of the BarBareians concept.
• All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Winner will receive:

• 5-night stay for two (2) at The Tryst Puerto Vallarta (breakfast included)
• $250 USD food & beverage credit redeemable at The Tryst Puerto Vallarta during the stay
• Custom BarBareians title vest by Rough Trade Gear
• $400 USD cash prize provided by Space Q LLC
   

Runner-up prizes:

• 1st Runner-Up: $100 Rough Trade Gear voucher
• 2nd Runner-Up: $50 Rough Trade Gear voucher
   

Prize Conditions:

• All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. 
• No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the discretion of Space Q LLC.
• Travel-related expenses including but not limited to flights, transportation, visas, insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or additional costs.
• Prize redemption is subject to availability and the terms of respective partners.

• The Puerto Vallarta stay includes accommodation and stated inclusions only.
• Space Q LLC and its partners are not responsible for travel arrangements, delays, cancellations, or external disruptions.
• Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited and non-compensable. 

• Participants must maintain respectful, consensual, and appropriate behavior throughout all contest-related activities.
• Space Q LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in unsafe, illegal, non-consensual, or disruptive conduct.
• Violation of venue rules or local laws may result in immediate removal.

By participating, applicants grant Space Q LLC and its partners the right to:

• Photograph, film, and record their likeness
• Use their name, image, and performance
   

For use in:

• Marketing, PR and promotional materials
• Social media, website, and press coverage
• Future event promotions
   

This usage is worldwide, royalty-free, and in perpetuity.

• Participation is at the contestant’s own risk.
• Space Q LLC, its partners, sponsors, venues, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation or prize usage.
• Participants agree to release all associated parties to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

Space Q LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: 

• Safety concerns
• Venue issues
• Force majeure events

• Void where prohibited by law.
• This contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
• Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
